Refund policy

As a small business we are currently not accepting returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure you are measuring your pups neck and reading our size guide before purchase.  If you have an issue with your order please reach out within 3 days of receiving your package and we would be more than happy to help resolve the issue. Contact us via the 'CONTACT US' page and we will respond to you as soon as we can!

Size issues will receive an in store credit if possible.
