Shipping policy

Processing time: 1-4 business days with exception to orders on launch days or stated otherwise in item description. Please note that all orders custom made and during busy periods the processing time may vary.

Shipping within Ireland: Standard  shipping (not tracked) automatically with all bandanas and bows. 

Shipping outside of Ireland: Standard shipping rates apply based on item weight and shipping location.

We do not offer local pickup.

Lost and or damaged products: Please reach out directly to Sarah at woof@pupsandpaws.ie  with photos of your damaged product within 3 days of receiving your package. We will make it our priority to resolve the issue.
